I ordered from pollotropical for a quick dinner, and the food was better than I expected. The chicken was fresh and had good flavor, and the rice and beans were warm and not dried out like at some places. Everything tasted clean and was really filling. The only downside was that I kind of felt ignored during the process, like there wasn’t much communication or attention if I needed anything. Still, the meal itself was solid

I use the Pollo Tropical app way more than I thought I would. i’m not even a big app/rewards person, but the points do add up fast. I’ve already gotten free food a few times, and checkout has been easy with no weird hassle. The app isn’t perfect, but I also can’t really complain since it’s saved me money

The staff was really nice, but it did take a while for someone to help us. Food came out fine and tasted okay, just felt like the customer service could’ve been a lil more organized

I’ve been here a few times, I think the first time was maybe back in March or April, and usually the portions are good. The rice and chicken are always solid and actually fill me up. The sides can be a little on the small side sometimes, but overall I still think it’s worth it for what you pay.

I gave 4 stars because, my order was actually correct, and I really appreciated that. I got the right chicken, the right sides, and all the sauces I asked for, so nothing was missing. Pickup was a little slower than I expected, and I kind of regret not giving myself more time, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it was a good experience

I ordered through pollotropical and overall it went okay. I’ve been a Pollo Tropical fan for a while, so I kind of want to keep using them instead of switching to other places, but the website made that a little harder than it should’ve. It was running slow, and my pickup time changed once, which was annoying. That said, when I got to the restaurant, my food was actually ready, so I can’t complain too much. Not a bad experience, just one that could definitely be smoother.

I ordered catering from Pollo Tropical for a small office lunch, and it was fine overall, just not amazing. The food tasted good and the chicken was still warm, so no complaints there. But pickup took longer than I expected, and they forgot some of the sauces we specifically asked for. The portions were okay, not especially generous. Everyone ate, but I ended up having to run back for extra stuff, which was annoying and more effort than I wanted to deal with during a workday. I might use them again if I had to, but they wouldn’t be my first pick.

Walked in and noticed it right away. The tables looked freshly wiped down, no sticky spots or crumbs anywhere. Floors too, super clean. Just one of those small things that makes the whole place feel better.

Maybe it’s just me, but when an online order is missing something, I really hope it’s easy to get it fixed. My order was missing a side, and when I tried calling the store, the phone just kept ringing, which was frustrating. I ended up sending a message through the site, and they got back to me the next day with a credit. I’m glad they handled it, I just wish it didn’t take the extra follow-up

Hit the drive-thru after work it was smooth. The line moved fast, my chicken came out hot, and the staff was friendly. Compared to some other places around here... yeah, no complaints from me

I was ready to place my order and entered the promo code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t apply. I tried a couple of times because I figured maybe I typed it wrong, but no luck. I reached out to support hoping they could sort it out, but they weren’t very helpful, so I ended up feeling frustrated with the whole experience.

I really appreciate having so many choices to pick from. It makes ordering easy and keeps things interesting. The only thing I’d love is if the sides changed up a little more often, but overall I’m grateful for the variety

I stopped in for lunch the other day, or maybe it was last week, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, the dining room was clean and had a relaxed feel to it. It wasn’t too loud, there were plenty of tables, and the AC felt really nice. I liked that I could just sit, eat, and not feel rushed. Overall, just a good easygoing vibe
